Or maybe nothing ever feels good enough because you worry that it could be better. For some, life may be becoming more difficult to manage and it’s not longer sustainable.

Anxiety is a very normal experience for most of us, to some degree or another. In fact, at low to moderate levels, it can even be a helpful motivator. But, at higher levels, it can include chronic and overwhelming feelings of fear, nervousness, worry, and stress.
